Negotiate with selected suppliers/vendors and obtain a quotation
Management of the organizational purchase process
Record & inventory management of assets
Assist Purchase in Charge Sourcing Local, Foreign purchase, and LC issues as well
Assist Purchase in Charge in developing the New Purchase Process and implementation
Arrange and attend meetings with internal & external stakeholders, taking minutes if necessary
Present to management if amendment of policies is needed based on the change or introduction of the new policy
Carry out any additional task of General Affairs(GA) as assigned by the management

Additional Requirements
- Minimum CGPA 3 out of 4
- Proven working experience in the purchase
